INTRODUCTION According to the State Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan, the digital economy's share of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) reached 7.5% in 2023, exhibiting a growth of 18% compared to the previous year [1]. This rapid expansion is underpinned by significant investments in information and communication technologies (ICT), with domestic expenditure on ICT amounting to approximately $2.1 billion in 2023 [2]. Concurrently, the global technology market is projected to reach $6.8 trillion by 2024, driven by advancements in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and biotechnology [3]. The burgeoning use of innovative technologies has consequently led to an explosion of new terminology, with approximately 1,500-2,000 neologisms entering the English language annually, many of which are directly related to technological advancements [4]. Understanding the mechanisms by which these newly coined terms are adopted, disseminated, and integrated into everyday language and specialized discourse is crucial for ensuring effective communication, fostering innovation, and maintaining linguistic clarity within the rapidly evolving technological landscape, particularly within a developing economy like Uzbekistan. The relevance of this topic lies in addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by this linguistic shift. Uncontrolled or inefficient integration of neologisms can lead to communication barriers, conceptual misunderstandings, and hinder the adoption of new technologies, particularly in professional and educational settings. Conversely, a well-managed approach to neologism integration can accelerate technological literacy, facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, and enhance the country's competitiveness in the global digital arena.
